Suzanna is a management and health care consultant with expertise in problem solving, process improvement and stakeholder management. Her background is in regional supply planning and in-market logistics in the Pharmaceutical industry where she worked across cross-functional boundaries to improve the end-to-end supply chain.

Those where I have brought insight to healthcare and supply chain professionals to improve patient care.
In my time at Francis Health so far, I have brought insights to improve the Waitemata DHB CT Scan process. Through idea generation and communications, I have also supported the new model of care projects for the Waikato Emergency Department and the Waikato Post-Acute Convalescent Care Pathway to improve patients’ journeys.
What projects are you currently working on?
A radiology project at Waitemata DHB and acute flow projects at Waikato DHB that are driving innovative, sustainable change for patients benefit.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Making a difference in patients’ lives whilst working within a fantastic team.
