Denise has designed and led change management programmes in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. These have spanned both primary and secondary care and have been catalysts to transformational change. Denise’s extensive knowledge of the health sector, built up through holding clinical, management, governance and advisory roles, render her particularly well positioned to work with clinicians and managers seeking to work together in new and innovative ways, which transcend traditional approaches.
