Emergency Department Improvement

Francis Health worked with Emergency Department staff at Waitemata DHB (NZ) to co-develop and implement a new care model. Significant improvements were evident after only one month of deployment.

Guardianship Process Improvement

Metro North HHS & QCAT

Francis Health designed and implemented a guardianship process improvement initiative for QCAT and Metro North HHS. Overall the process pilot reduced the average waiting time for patients from 66 to 35 days.

Francis Health analysed the Return on Investment in integrated care initiatives for Western Sydney LHD. The ROI provided an estimation of hospital cost savings as well an expectation of a positive return in 2017-18.

Cost and Activity Analysis

NSW Ambulance

Francis Health conducted a cost and activity analysis of NSW Ambulance. A performance baseline was established to support future budget discussions and aligning funding with service activity.
